“I AM” Coaching

Applied mysticism coaching that empowers you to live your word and craft "I AM" statements—spoken creations unearthed from your unique ground of being.

Why applied mysticism?

Applied mysticism empowers leaders to access the stillness beneath the noise, dissolve self-limiting patterns, and make decisions rooted in what wants to unfold. Learn to live from a grounded presence, to inspire others, cast purposeful vision, and create vitalizing impact.

Coaching process

Rooted in you

This coaching journey does not aim to fix symptomatic issues or solve problems, rather to dig deep into what unconscious beliefs and assumptions have contributed to your spiritual formation. You already have what you need, for you are. Coming to believe and further live this requires the interior work of confronting your multiples selves and integrating them as One.

Spiritual influences

This process is informed by at least a few modalities: Christian mysticism, perennial philosophy, process philosophy, Tantra, Kindalini, and Hatha yoga, Tai Chi, Alcoholics Anonymous, and more. To practice non-anxious presence, you can anticipate we will play with the intimacy and creativity that silence unfolds, ground ourselves through breathwork, and other meditative practices.

I AM…

As we work through identifying the unconscious stories you believe, we will delve into the latent power of I AM. I’ll thoughtfully guide you through writing and speaking your own I AM statements, not merely as affirmations, but to create a desirable context to live from. Why I AM? Words manifest our reality. I AM is the ground of God—Being itself—an aliveness I trust you will experience as we work together.
