Your Epic Ordinary Life

Every life is a story waiting to be told. During this contemplative storywork experience, I will write your life story for you, and serve as your companion through a strategic process that blends narrative coaching, narrative therapy, ethnographic interviewing, and prose. This process empowers you to live with greater clarity and purpose, knowing your story is as unique as your fingerprints.

“I AM” Coaching

This experience invites you to cultivate a non-anxious presence, integrate your multiple selves as One, and lead from your unique ground of being. Drawing upon teachings from Christian mysticism, perennial philosophy, and meditative practices, this experience integrates the mystical with the practical. I’ll guide you in crafting your own "I AM" statements that serve as declarations of your truest self.

Unhurried Design

In a world dominated by speed, Unhurried Design offers a life-centered alternative to traditional design thinking. This approach prioritizes relationships and reflection, encouraging you to go at the right pace at the right time, and create with less material waste. Through apprehension of its spaces, practices, and principles , you can create an elegant solution that deeply resonates with your values.

Deliverables:

  • 6 applied mysticism coaching sessions

  • Teachings across Christian mysticism, perennial and process philosophy, Mahayana Buddhism, and more

  • Meditative practices, including but not limited to: silence, Wim Hof-inspired breathwork, and Lectio Divina

  • Higher Power worksheet

  • I AM document creation

  • More grounded presence, leadership aligned with your values, and emotional intelligence

Unhurried Design

Deliverables:

  • 7 design coaching sessions

  • Field work involving users, stakeholders, and nature

  • Apprehension of Unhurried Design spaces, practices, and principles

  • Creation of a non-human persona

  • Creation of a low-resolution prototype + testing plan

  • More creative confidence, resilience, tolerance for ambiguity, and grounded presence
